For the first time, Graham Lea Architecture currently has live planning applications being processed simultaneously across 11 different local authorities.
The wide range of projects reflects the growing diversity of work being undertaken by the practice across the North West, covering residential, educational and care sector developments.
Current applications include:
- SEN school projects involving both new build developments and building conversions within Chorley Council and Wigan Council.
- Certificates of Lawful Development for residential care homes submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council and Sefton Council.
- Residential extension projects currently progressing through Chorley Council, Preston City Council, Ribble Valley Borough Council, Lancaster City Council and Fylde Council.
- New build housing applications within West Lancashire Borough Council and Wyre Borough.
This milestone highlights the continued growth of the practice and its ability to deliver projects across multiple sectors and planning authorities throughout the region.
